After our house flooded, we essentially had to completely rebuild the downstairs and replace everything. That meant making a lot of design choices in a short timeframe. When our home flooded due to Hurricane Harvey, I was completely overwhelmed (and 6 months pregnant!). I saw Madeleine’s post wherein she was offering her interior decor services, and to be honest, I was quite skeptical. I just adore Madeleine. She’s wonderful. I began working with her through her post to offer free services to Harvey victims. No one would have ever guessed she was working for free. She’s extremely dedicated. She met with me in my home. Asked me about my style (which I was overwhelmed with having lost everything and I’m all over the board when it comes to my style). She never made me feel rushed. We met at a store and she had picked some selections already picked out. She absolutely figured out what I would love. I was scared at first. Seeing these beautiful designs and selections, I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. That’s not at all true. She’s found beauty, quality and affordability all in one. Her normal rates are extremely affordable and she does it all. She can help with holiday decorating, interior, even landscape. It’s been so much fun. If you’re like me you may not even look into her services for fear of cost but that’s not the case. Not only has she made it fun but she’s helped the process move so much faster. I only wish I knew about her in the past, it would have saved headaches and time. I feel like I’ve known her all my life. Harvey took everything away but Madeleine is giving it back.
